What are the most common questions you get from customers about your chicken accessories and handmade items?

Customers often ask about the diaper lining, it's PUL waterproof fabric. We do not make sizes for Kirkiki; XSM is the smallest we make. Turnaround time depends on current orders, but we usually have them done and sent within a week. We always inform the customer when we start their order.

Once someone buys your products, what kind of questions do they usually ask about using or taking care of them?

Customers often ask if we can make smaller slings, and yes, we can! Also, if we can add longer straps to the sling, absolutely! Chicken diapers are machine washable; dry on low heat or air dry (preferred method). For how to put on a chicken diaper, contact us and we will show you step by step. To measure your chicken for a diaper, breed and weight help us a lot. We also love to see pictures of the chicken getting the diaper, as it helps us with sizing if we need to shorten the elastic to fit the bird better.

Our motto is, "If it isn't right, I'll fix it!" However, it is helpful if the customer has an issue, they bring it to our attention. We can't fix what we don't know.
